Yash Chitale — poet, coach, architect, designer, entrepreneur, and mother.

With 15+ years of leadership development experience across architecture, design, tech, engineering, and business, she helps professionals navigate career pivots, leadership growth, and identity transitions with clarity and confidence.

Blending intuitive insight, scientific research, and practical business tools, Yash supports leaders through meaningful transformation.

She graduated from the Stanford LEAD Executive Program and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach since 2021.
